Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (at the cost of a label and restocking fee) or exchange (free exchange). The Holiday season from November to January will have an increased 45-day return and exchange window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in any related original packaging with no odors, stains, pet fur, etc.  

Return refunds will be deducted the cost of a return label plus a $1 restocking fee (if Paganomics issues the return label), or you may use your own label to return the item. Shipping costs from the original order, if applicable, will not be included in the refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (unless otherwise discussed), as well as a return form that will need to be filled out with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for refunds on orders placed through Trade Shows at this time.  

If your item is returned with automatically due to an invalid address entered during checkout, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address at the time of checkout!

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get the item you want is to initiate an exchange. Exchanges can be done for free, but the return item must also remain in the original unworn condition. Contact us at returns@wearpagan.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the item and size you would like instead. If any price difference exists, we will work with you directly on completing the transaction.


Discounted Items, Promotions, and Free Included Items
Any returned orders that contain the use of a discount code, will be subject to the terms of the discount and potentially nullify the reduced price upon refund. Such as a discount for bundling items to receive a percentage off. As an example, if a 20% off of orders over $100 discount code was used and three $35 items were purchased to earn the discount, if the discounted order total was $84, returning one of the three items would result in a refund amount of $14, as the bundle would no longer qualify for the 20% off discount. The best way to maintain this discount code would be to exchange one of the items instead of return it to avoid negating the price reduction.

For any orders where a free item may have been earned by purchasing a given combination of items, a return in the order that would disqualify the promotion will require also sending back the free promotional item. Alternatively, if the promotional item is not returned, the price of the promotional item will be reduced from the refund total.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
