Shipping and Handling

Before completing your order, please double check the accuracy of your shipping address. As shown in the Return policy, any package returned for an undeliverable address may be subject to a restocking fee. This will also help ensure the package does not run into deliverability issues.

Processing

Wearpagan items are hand made, home designed, and self packaged in the US. Some of these items may include made to order items, such as exclusive earrings or limited screen print shirts. This means that some items may end up having longer processing times before fulfillment. Typical processing times will be between 1-7 business days.

Shipping
For US orders, most orders will be shipped via USPS ground advantage and should arrive to US locations around 5 business days. If Priority mail is selected, orders should arrive within 2-3 business days.

International shipping can take several weeks depending on shipping and transit delays. International orders may also be subject to customs or import duties in addition to the actual postage cost. Please know that this is not being added by Wearpagan, and may be auto calculated based on the delivery region at the time of checkout.

Orders of higher dollar value may have signature confirmation applied to ensure a safe and equitable delivery.

Missing Items
If an item shows as delivered in your tracking but you cannot find the item at your entered location, please double check the address, check with household members in case any of them may have seen the item or brought it in from the mailbox (usual delivery spot), and check areas around the outside of your house that a delivery person may have tucked the item to keep it out of sight. Some scans at delivery companies may be erroneous and cause misinformation on the recipient's end. Because of this, please allow 14 days for the shipping company to potentially right any wrongs from the delivery. You can also initiate a "Where's my package" option through the relevant shipper. If the item still hasn't shown up after this amount of time, please reach out to info@wearpagan.com and we will work to assist.
